Richard A. Mettemeyer (Rich), who has held the dual roles of President and Chief Executive Officer since 2007, announced his resignation from the position of President. Rich will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Starting his career at Melrose International at the age of 14, Karl has dedicated his entire professional life to the company, rising through the ranks to take on various leadership roles. Over the past five years, Karl and Rich have worked side by side on practically every project, including banking and operations.
