Melrose International is excited to announce that Carol J. Homkes of CJ’s Sales has joined our national sales team as the new representative for the Kentucky territory.

Carol brings more than 20 years of experience in the gift and home décor industry, along with a reputation for dependable, hands-on support and genuine care for her customers. She began her career managing Hallmark stores in Ann Arbor, Michigan, before transitioning to wholesale sales and spending the last 16 years representing the Sullivans line across Kentucky and beyond.

“What I enjoy most is the creativity of retailers,” Carol shares. “No two stores are alike. I love hearing their stories and seeing how they bring their vision to life using the same products in completely different ways.”

Known for her honest, helpful, and knowledgeable style, Carol isn’t just a resource—she’s a true partner to her customers. Whether answering product questions, supporting merchandising events, or walking the showroom floor, she leads with care and professionalism.

During her first visit to the Melrose showroom in Atlanta, she was immediately drawn to several standout categories:

Carol is now actively working with customers across Kentucky to introduce the Melrose line and provide expert support for the 2026 season and beyond.
