I would not recommend using 3.5 even though that is the free version. I’ve heard that comparing 3.5 to 4 is like comparing a college graduate to a first grader. Also, I have tried many other AI systems and I have found ChatGPT (Open AI) to be the best, but all these suggestions can be used on whatever AI system you use.

One of the most significant ways AI can enhance your marketing efforts is by assisting in content creation. Whether you need blog posts, social media updates, product descriptions, or email marketing content, Chat can generate high-quality, engaging, and relevant copy in minutes. This saves you time and resources while ensuring your content is consistently compelling. You can even upload a product image and ask it to write a description and/or copy for the item. We use this all the time at Melrose. The most important thing is to not just use the content it creates. You must add a human element to anything AI comes up. It gives you a great starting point.

AI can analyze your content and provide suggestions to improve SEO, such as optimizing keywords, headers, and meta descriptions. As I said earlier, just make sure you go over the info and add your own style and wording to give it life.

We really utilize this at Melrose where we have customers all over the world. We also use it for communicating with our vendors. I introduced this to our employee in China and our Purchasing Manager and they said it was a game changer. China can have multiple words for the same meaning in different areas, so we were never able to use any translation tools. GPT can recognize the language and be able to respond with the correct word and spelling. Our PM is now able to say exactly what she wants to say in an email and knows it will be communicated correctly. It has solved one of the biggest issues we have with our overseas partners.

If you utilize a POS system that generates your sales, item numbers, profit, etc., you can upload this into GPT either by copy and pasting. In most cases you will have an Excel spreadsheet that you can upload to GPT (You can now use Excel GPT on Open AI to just upload the entire spreadsheet).
