Find Customers That Have Carts Open In SoloVue.
In Solovue, open Customer Search (click the search icon top-right), change the drop-down from ‘Customer Name/Number’ to ‘All,’ then check ‘Cart Open’ in the Information Bar to see which customers have open carts and how many.
