From our midwestern beginnings as a pioneer producer of dried flowers to a national wholesaler of holiday, home décor and silk florals, we have always believed that it is our high-quality customer service that brings people back season after season. In fact, customer service is so important to us, it’s called out first thing right in our mission statement:

Our commitment to great service doesn’t end after you place your order. In many ways, that’s just the beginning. Take, for example, our amazing team of dedicated packers. Working in our Quincy, Ill., warehouse, our packing team personally boxes each order by hand, ensuring they are correct and shipped with care.
While each order is hand packed, we utilize the latest technology to ensure they are processed timely and accurately. Earlier this summer we instituted a brand-new wireless system, arming each packer with his/her own iPad. The iPad not only creates individualized pick lists, keeping track of items as they are scanned and boxed, but since it knows the exact location of each product in our warehouse, it maps an efficient pick route from start to finish. There’s no backtracking and (hopefully) no mistakes.
As for fragile items, we have an entire team dedicated to wrapping, taping and packaging those particularly special pieces. These workers take their job seriously and are more than wiling to spend the extra time to make sure your order truly is handled with care, each and every step of its journey.
So, next time you receive an order from us, look for the card inside that was personally signed by the team member who worked on it. We’re putting them in each and every package.
